Just want out.

Out of my mind, out of this world, to travel someplace else. To leave this world of deceit, lies, condemnation, damnation, thoughts of world domination.

Just want out.

Anywhere, anywhere not of this world.

Too many governments, too many countries, too many things, too many negative objectives.

Too many negative feelings, too much sadness, so much helplessness, lives being destroyed, countries being eliminated, wiped off the world map.

Too many hidden motives, too many times of reading between the lines, too many days of keeping my guard up, too many months of helping and not expecting anything back, too many forced smiles, too many signs of cruelty, too much of a game.

Too many shields to upkeep, too many thoughts to keep from escaping, too many happenings to keep up with, too many people to comfort.

Just need an outlet, a vent, an empty space.

So little to treasure, over the years, memories fade, golden thoughts, secret friendships and old connections disappear. Every bit of light is overtaken by ten miles of darkness, so little light piercing this darkening tunnel, so little to be fond of in a world turned hard, so little good to experience, so little time to be innocent.

No time to enjoy childhoods, toys are kept away too soon, books are forced upon them earlier and earlier, pens out and writing notes.

The world is disappearing within my grasp, each glimmer of light, each shimmer of hope must be caught, treasured, looked after, carefully.

Teenagers with cynical attitudes, negative views, negative influences, new age, new thoughts, a little darker, a little morbid.

They say every little bit is enough, every little bit helps, but if only one person does that little bit everyday, will it help at all?

Just want, just need out.

Need a vacation from this world.

Need to buy a ticket to dreamland.
