spirals, swirls,
purple green and
poison lavender, acidic blue.
sometimes, i like to stare
at the computer screen.
pretend i'm a poet ekeing
out a living
Grimy streets of England
and yet much loved and
preferred by many.
somtimes, i
think that if i
listen hard enough,
look at the dizzy patterns for
long enough,
the heart-rending, cracking
voice blaring over the speakers,
i might be swallowed by
the golden showers,
the ever-changing streamers.
now a snowflake. now a flower. now a
fading window sill.
maybe, you
never know, eh?
